Meaning
A person standing upright with arms at their sides, simply standing still. This is the gender-neutral version; man and woman versions exist, and all come in several skin tones.
It is used for waiting, queuing, standing at an event, and very often for awkwardly standing there not knowing what to do. Example: โEveryone started dancing and I just stood in the corner ๐งโ
