Meaning
A face with round eyes and a small round mouth open in an “oh!” shape. Literally it shows surprise.
It is a quick, neutral reaction to unexpected news, good or bad, and can also show sympathy. It is milder than 😲 and more vocal than the stunned 😯. Pair with ❗ for emphasis. Example: “Oh, you moved to Da Nang? Since when 😮”.
