Meaning
A hand seen from the back with the index finger pointing to the left. Its job is to direct attention: to something earlier in a sentence, to a person in a photo, or to a link or button placed to the left.
It is common in captions and playful self-references: βWho finished the whole pizza? This guy πβ People also pair it with π so that the two index fingers touch, a shy βum, soβ¦β gesture used for awkward requests or confessions. Since it points at a spot on the screen, what it targets can change when the text wraps differently on another device.
