A short dagger with a pointed double-edged blade and a hilt. It stands for a weapon, danger and fantasy or historical combat.
Gamers and fantasy fans use it for rogue characters and loot, and it is also shorthand for betrayal, as in a stab in the back: “Trusted him with my secret and 🗡️ he told everyone.” It turns up in mystery and crime-drama chat as well.
