Meaning
A line with two curly loops side by side, looking a little like an old voicemail icon or the two reels of a cassette. Literally it is just a double loop.
It is mostly decorative: a quirky divider, a doodle in bios or a way to show something extra tangled or going round twice: “The cables behind my desk are pure ➿” Some use it for infinity-style loops, though ♾️ is the clearer choice for “forever”.
