Meaning
The flag of Botswana: a light blue field with a black horizontal stripe edged in white across the middle. It represents the southern African country, and the blue is often linked to water and rain.
It is a natural fit for safari trips, the Okavango Delta, elephant sightings and greetings to friends from Gaborone: “Mokoro ride in the Okavango 🇧🇼 elephants right next to us” The national currency, the pula, means rain, which echoes the flag’s blue.
