Meaning
Mismatched eyes, one bigger than the other, flushed cheeks and a wavy, uneven mouth. It looks dizzy, tipsy or dazed, the face of someone who is not quite in control after drinks, a spinning ride or a sleepless night.
People use it for being a bit drunk, feverish, overwhelmed or just confused: “Two hours of tax forms and I’m seeing double 🥴” It can also mean being flustered by someone attractive. It is lighthearted by nature, so it may feel out of place when someone is actually ill or needs a clear answer.
